So guys, SK.net has a brand new look. Do you guys like it? If you find any bugs or anything, please email me at admin@shadowkissed.net to let me know!

Anyway, we’ve got a lot of cool exciting stuff coming up, and here is one of the things we’ve been working on. Each month from here on in we’ll be doing a webcast. If you guys have any suggestions of what you would like to be featured in these webcasts, then just flick us an email, or comment etcetc.

Over the easter weekend, both Katie and I were shifting houses around, so thanks for bearing with us over this time with the lack of updates!

Richelle has been busy the last couple of days, she caught up with some authors. Mark Henry, Jeanne Stein, and Jaye Wells had a Q&A and signing at University Bookstore the other night.

She also had a big blog about what she, as an author, gets up to. Its a really interesting blog – because she must get a lot of people saying to her “write faster, write faster!!” So, give that a look! Shes blogged a few times in the last week!

Mid-Week Update

A wednesday update to keep your guys weeks going! Richelle posted on facebook a little hint for us about Last Sacrifice.

This girl stays busy!

Richelle Mead “Writing books is so weird. I’m on Chapter 3 of Iron Crowned, and the end seems impossibly far away. But I felt that way about LAST SACRIFICE two months ago, and nows its first draft is sitting done at 440 pages.”

So compared to Frostbite, 327 pages, and Spirit Bound, 503 pages, looks like we are in for an awesome read! Pretty good for first draft! Though things do get added and edited out and in.

Also, a while ago Penguin released a video of Richelle chatting about Vampire Academy! Check it out its exciting! Sorry we didnt post it sooner!
